I am pleased to announce the launching of “Too Soon For Sunset,“ the second in the Superstition Murder Club mystery series, will be on December 12th, 2019 in the Pueblo Room at Monte Vista Village Resort in Mesa, Arizona.
The book is published in LARGE PRINT and also as an ebook.
I know I have a lot of fans at Monte Vista so I decided it was the perfect place to hold the launch of Too Soon For Sunset.
My first book, Superstition Murder Club, was launched there and it has enjoyed a continually growing audience, some four years later. I am very happy this book is being read since my protagonists are women of a very mature age (average age is 80) and brings to life the vital energy that elderly ladies continue to have.
Once I passed 50, I began to experience the change in attitude by society toward aging women. We have known for some time (probably since the 60s), that the media trends with the young. The American culture is not one that venerates its elders.
I hope that my Superstition Murder Club mystery series will reveal the humor, tenacity and brilliance of American women who have not only passed 50, but are roaring through life to 100.
You would be wise not to underestimate them.
